Drive, walk, or bike over to the largest entertainment district in Midtown for this month’s First Thursday Night Out in Cooper-Young. March 4th is the night when independent business owners dish out discounts on everything from inspirational art pieces to Gut Bomb pizzas to mocha lattes. The fun starts at 5 pm, and, while the retail shops usually close around 9 pm, you can bet that these popular restaurants will be swinging for a long time after. Come early and stroll through this historically hip part of Memphis; it’s a guaranteed good time for all.
