Three creepy Halloween events happening at Victorian Village

The Woodruff-Fontaine House Museum at 680 Adams Ave. in Victorian Village will host three creepy events leading up to Halloween.

Haunted Happenings takes place Oct. 25 from 7-11 p.m. Have a dark stroll through a creepy Victorian mansion filled with tricks and treats, see paranormal presentations from inside the mansion by local experts and enjoy Halloween treats and spooky entertainment for all brave souls.Admission is $20. The event is the fifth annual fundraiser to benefit preservation efforts by the Memphis chapter of APTA.

On Oct. 25, come to a Supper for Dead Poets at 7 p.m. at the Woodruff-Fontaine House Museum. Nineteenth-century poets return for a luxuriously haunted evening of fine three-course dining, music and wicked entertainment. Dress to impress or as your favorite dead poet. On Oct. 27, 2-4 p.m., enjoy A Mourning Tea at Woodruff-Fontaine Museum’s Carriage House, featuring a presentation on Victorian Mourning Customs by Jeanne Crawford.For reservations call 901-526-1469. Mourning attire is welcome. Admission is $10 per person.
