TV stations sign on as festival sponsors

On June 9 Memphis TV stations WATN local 24 and WLMT CW 30 and their charitable arm, Local Cares, announced that they would be television media sponsors of the 27th Annual Evolve Bank & Trust Cooper-Young Festival September 13.7

WATN/WLMT-TV Vice President and General Manager, Ardyth Diercks said, “Partnering with the Cooper Young Business Association on this wonderful event is a further extension of Local Cares commitment to celebrating what is so special about our community. The festival is an extraordinary opportunity for everyone to experience some of the best of what the Mid-South artistic and music communities have to offer.”

Over 130,000 guests will be treated to a mix of art, music and crafts presented by over 425 artisans from around the country. Local 24 and CW 30 will have special news coverage leading up to the festival. Guests can log onto and click on “Find It” for more information.
