Memphis radio station Rock 103 is having a poster contest to celebrate 30 years of music at the Evolve Bank & Trust Cooper-Young Festival. Rain doesn’t dampen enthusiasm for festival partners

When I got to Cooper-Young festival morning, it was 4:30 a.m. and raining. Loading in artists at 6 a.m., you couldn’t see the booth numbers, and it was still drizzling.
